My first pick-ups of the year happened to be while in Vegas. My trip quickly became a bit more expensive than expected.
Adidas NMD R1 Primeknit
This is the first time in NMDs. I run in Ultra Boost and had heard that these were almost as comfortable. I just couldn’t pass on the Camo with pink accents. Or to be technically correct – Utility Grey with allover white noise graphic with shock pink EVA midsole plugs. I put these NMDs to the test right away and wore them all day on a trade show floor and the sock-like fit and the Boost lived up to the hype.

Nike AF1 Mid SF
I had been looking at the highs for the last six months, but didn’t think I could pull them off. I liked all the colourway options on the Women’s Mids but the ‘vintage wine’ was the easy win. To all the naysayers, yes, I wear Women’s sneakers when the colours are better.

Nike Air Force 1 Low
I am a sucker for suede with a gum bottom AND when you add the pink colourway it was a must buy. Of course, I will have to wait until this Canadian Winter is over before bringing these out of the closet.
